Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms are the agreement between you and SunoSync. They apply from the moment you use the site, install the extension or pay for Pro. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. Who you are dealing with
SunoSync is operated under the brand SunoSync from Vietnam. Everything on sunosync.com, app.sunosync.com and api.sunosync.com, and the SunoSync browser extension, is ours. You can reach us at hello@sunosync.com, which is the contact address for anything in these terms.
Who sells you Pro depends on how you pay. By card or wallet through Lemon Squeezy, they are the merchant of record: they are the seller on that order, they charge and remit whatever tax is due where you live, and their name is what appears on your statement. On our other payment methods — cards issued outside the United States and the European Union, and cryptocurrency — SunoSync is the seller and a payment provider carries the transaction on our behalf. Whichever it is, the service, the licence and everything else in these terms are ours, and no payment provider is a party to this agreement.
2. What SunoSync does
SunoSync exports a copy of the content in your own Suno account and hands it back to you: audio, cover art, video, lyrics, styles, personas, models, dates, likes, and the Workspaces and Playlists you filed them under. It reads. It does not create, publish, edit or delete anything in that account.
The files go from Suno's servers to a folder you choose on your own disk. They do not pass through us. What passes through us is the list of what to fetch.
3. We are not Suno
SunoSync is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Suno, Inc., and nothing here gives you any right in Suno's service. Your use of Suno stays governed by your agreement with them. If Suno changes or withdraws the access this depends on, the service may stop working, with or without notice.
4. Your account and your content
You may only export an account you own or are authorised to act for, and you must hold the rights you need to the content you export. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in address and your pairing code to yourself.
Your exported files are yours. We claim nothing in them.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live — at least 18, or the age of majority in your country if it is different.
5. The browser extension
The extension needs permission to read your Suno session from a tab you are already signed into. That is the permission the whole thing runs on. It reads no other site, no browsing history and no other tab, and it reads nothing else on your disk. What it handles and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Until the Chrome Web Store listing is live the extension installs unpacked, from the zip on the install page. It is the same package.
6. What you pay
Pro is $14.99 a month for one Suno account. It renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from your account page: the subscription stops renewing, you keep Pro until the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing is charged again. Every file you have downloaded is on your own disk and stays there whatever happens to the subscription.
Paid in cryptocurrency, one payment buys one month and nothing renews — there is no way to charge a wallet again, and we do not try. When the month ends, Pro ends; pay again when you want another.
If you bought Pro before 3 September 2026, you bought a single payment of $19 for lifetime access, and that is what you have. Your account is marked as paid up to the year 2050: it does not expire, it will not start renewing, and no card of yours will ever be charged for it again. You are not required to subscribe and you are not required to renew anything, now or later.
The date above is when the offer changed, not a test anybody has to pass. Every account that already held Pro when it changed was marked that way, whatever day it was bought on, so nobody falls between the two.
You can pay by card or wallet — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay — through Lemon Squeezy; by card issued outside the United States and the European Union, through a second payment provider and your own bank; or in cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and about a hundred others — through NOWPayments. Whichever you choose, no card or bank detail is ever asked for, seen or held by us: a card is entered on the payment provider's own checkout and never reaches our servers.
Through Lemon Squeezy, the price may be shown in your own currency, and any tax due where you live is added at checkout and remitted by them. The total is on the page before you pay.
On the second card method the charge is made in that provider's settlement currency rather than in dollars. The exact amount is shown beside that payment method before you choose it and again on the provider's own checkout, and it is the amount that reaches your statement. It is a price we set rather than $14.99 converted at a daily rate, so the two will not match to the cent. Any tax due where you live is yours to account for.
In cryptocurrency, the price is set in US dollars and converted to the coin you pick at checkout, at the rate NOWPayments quotes. That quote holds for a short window; miss it and the invoice is re-quoted at the rate then. Network fees are yours. Any tax due where you live is yours to account for.
7. What your licence covers
Paying for Pro gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SunoSync and its extension to export accounts you control. The licence is tied to the email address you paid with, and it covers one Suno account: the extension pairs to the Suno account you connect it to, and exporting a second Suno account needs a second licence.
You may not resell, sublicense, rent or share your access; decompile or repackage the extension; or run the service against accounts that are not yours.
8. Refunds
Refunds are covered in full by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. What you must not do
- Export a Suno account you do not own or have permission to act for.
- Use the service to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights.
- Attack, overload, probe or work around the limits of our API or Suno's.
- Automate the service beyond the extension we ship, or run it as a service for other people.
We may suspend or end access that breaks these rules.
10. Availability, and no warranty
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that every track will come across, or that it will keep working if Suno changes.
It is a backup tool, not your only backup. Keep the files it gives you somewhere you control.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, lost profits, or the cost of getting the same content another way. Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you paid us for it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Ending it
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to hello@sunosync.com. We may end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service — in which case sections 10, 11 and 13 still stand, and the Refund Policy says what happens to a recent payment.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page changes with them, and the version on the page at the time you buy is the one that applies to that purchase.
14. Law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, and the courts of Vietnam have jurisdiction. This does not take away the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
